Our beautiful facility, brought to you by the Grand Junction Masonic Family, is now available for all your event venue needs. With multiple rooms to choose from and pricing for all budgets, we have a place for your next event! We’d love to show you around and answer all of your questions! Available by appointment only. Frequently Asked Questions

If I complete the rental form, does that mean my rental is guaranteed?

No. All rentals are at the discretion of our management. Once you’ve completed the rental request, a manager will contact to review your event details for approval. After a contract has been signed and you have paid your rental fees, security deposit, and other charges, your reservation will be confirmed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards. If you would like to pay with a credit card, you will need to let us know in advance and we will email you an invoice that you can pay online.

Is the security deposit refundable?

The security deposit is refundable within 30 days after your event, as long as there were no damages to the facility during your event.  If damages occurred, we will inform you in writing with a list of damages.

Am I allowed to sell alcohol at my event?

No. Alcohol sales are strictly prohibited.  However, you are allowed to serve alcohol at your event as long as you follow all applicable laws including obtaining a proper liquor license, but you cannot sell it.
